Its a peaceful evening.  AA is already in bed.  Went to the diner for brunch,  to Housing Works, a thrift shop and bought 2 CD, for a dollar each,  Bjork and The Mighty Mighty Bosstones.  I'll have to rip them into the hard drive later in the week.

I went to the supermarket and bought some vegetable juice,  carrot juice and lemon mango juices,  Bolthouse natural juices, they were on sale. I LOVE their 100 percent natural carrot juice.  It is so creamy and richly carrot with nothing at all added.  Their vegetable juice is very good as well.   I got some apricot juice, orange juice, bread, yogurt, peanut butter, soy milk, and one or two other things I can't recall.

I'm going to relax and get to bed early so I can get lots of sleep.

It was Earth day today so I cut some dead mint in the window box,  noticed some NEW mint is growing there, already a couple of inches high.  I was glad to see that.  Two Hollyhocks survived the winter and have leaves.  The Baby's Breath is starting to bloom in the front bedroom window.  These are all outside on the window ledge.  In the kitchen window it was warm enough to put two mums back out side and plant some parlsey,  which will take forever on account it has to go nine times to the devil and back before it sprouts, or so they say.

I also planted some seeds from last years sweet peas and morning glorys, some of the seed pods still hanging on the dead vine that has been there all through the year.  I have them grow up string in front of the windows.  Each year the morning glorys get weaker and weaker,  the same line of seed wears out.  I need some new seeds.

I'm going to go to bed soon,  after a crossword puzzle to relax.  I just ate jasmine rice with peas and a salmon steak that I cooked.

....it's like up and down , up and down, an endless cycle of working days then a couple of days off.  I like what I do, but sheesh,   life is work, then you die...  well, at least it is the current age,  it could be much worse, like in the dark ages or something...

still, I dread leaving the apartment...

I hope I have a nice dream tonight and get up early enough to blog about it in the morning,  but in case not,  happy monday.

I don't know why I even blog all this stuff...
