  • Slaying A Dragon

I spent nearly 20 hours learning a lot about technology,  Corporate Industrial Deceit and ended up with Verizon.net on the top of my shit list.

I am "tethered" to my cell phone now,  using my Tmobile wireless internet service for a Modem and it works just FINE.

It took a half a day to figure out how to do this.   I can also tether through blue tooth and have the net book.

I have no need for Verizon and they are just awful in the Customer Service sense and their Website is the WORST ever,

They have land line,  and cell and internet... all three separate but they are trying to integrate...

I don't have the cable but I had DSL and land line....

I simply ported my land line 212 phone number to an additional line on my TMobile account,  it is no contract and month to month and exactly the same price as the Verizon plan, 29.99... I ported it to a simple TMobile SIM card for a $35 fee and the card is "free"....

They will send me this card and I have a spare Motorola which I purchased on ebay for pennies which I will simply insert this SIM card into , thereby receiving all of my former "Land Line" calls on this phone,  and out going calls from this phone,  from anywhere in the world,  appear as if they are coming from the 212 number.

No one will HELP you do this, by the way,  for obvious reasons this is a well guarded technological secret that they do not "support"... but screw them , they just want you dependent and sending a payment...

It is possible... I figured it out with research and talking to many people...  It takes time and persistence and my neural network has a ton more connections now, which I can actually translate into literal connection of electronical devices and shit...

Eventually I will phase out one number... senseless to have them both anymore...

I cannot kill Verizon.net completely until Monday.... but here is my plan...

They will try to call me regarding my Modem which is not operational,  and to set up an appointment to come out and and see what the trouble is.   I will ask them to "hold" and place them on "hold"....

Then I am just going to leave them on hold...

When the order comes from TMobile to port my landland,  by FCC LAW,  they will have to surrender my 212 number to the TMobile SIM card and I will no longer be a Verizon landline customer!

Then,  when they realize I have no service and I claim my refund for the PAST WEEK of no service,  and a business CHARGE for LOST BUSINESS due to not being able to list some seasonal crap on Ebay in time... they will realize that I am no longer their customer....  Then they will be out of my life forever.

I wonder how long they will wait and how many times they will call me to desperately attempt to restore my service before they give up?

I am not going to respond nor speak with them again at all.   They are erased completely from my life.

When Time Warner Cable decides to make the offer of Free DVR for one year again,  like they did last month,  I will purchase that internet and cable...

Until them.... I am off the grid and it FEELS GREAT!  And BEST OF ALL!!

I TRADED a $99 MONTHLY BILL for a $29.99 MONTHLY BILL!  Saving 75 bux roughly!  I will transfer this saving to the IRA people!  Woo Hoo!  Thank god for automation!

  • Starbuck's, Manhattan, Ungodly Hour...

    .
    Why?   This is how it was supposed to go down;

I was scheduled for oral surgery yesterday but it didn't happen....  I ended up sitting on a rock in Central Park on 59th St. looking at the scum on "the pond",  pretty green as it was,   and the ducks and the big drain at the end of the park...

There is a big drain at the south end of the pond in lower Central Park, like an artificial drain in some artificial natural setting which is exactly as it is,  but beautiful... and the wall to the subway going by... at a level that seems higher than you, much lower than the street looking up at the tall buildings through the trees or down at the ducks and the pretty green scum and garbage which is getting sucked into the huge drain....

It is beautiful and amazing to think about what man has done.

I lay on a rock and looked up at what used to be The Plaza,  through the lush greenery... and wondered about stuff...  I was hungry and wondered where to eat.

I walked to 57th St. and when I was too hungry to decide I went into a place called the Moonrock Cafe toward 9th Avenue where the wind was blowing a scaffolding holding window washers 30 stories up all around so much that the police had the street closed off and the scaffolding was coming down slowly to make sure nothing fell...

...this was something to watch as I sat by the window looking West down 57th Street and saw the police watch the scaffolding come down and the people in transition from summer to fall walk by.

I wanted a simple French Dip which is mostly impossible to find in this town,  a simple hot roast beef on a roll with a slice of onion and a side of brown gravy to dip it in is usually what I end up ordering as the best substitute.

They had a hot roast-beef sandwich which only came with chicken orzo soup and it was still to hot for soup...

Finally, she asked her boss,  she asked her cook.....

...it is a new moon and I didn't bother to look at the astrology related to it....  but yes,  for this price of that sandwich she could,  in fact,  within about 25 minutes,  bring out a hot roast beef on a roll  with sauteed onion,  that would be great, .... "au jus"....

The "jus" turned out to be yellow and not red or brown as I expected it but I soaked up its jusiness with the roll and hot roast beef and ate all the huge french fries it came with with ketchup and a tall unsweetened iced tea which I sucked at through a straw that was too short for the glass as I watched the police keep anything from coming down on anybody and the afternoon people walk by.

As I was eating I thought about my poor tooth and how it would be awhile before I would enjoy such a nice juicy sandwich,  au jus or not....  which is how this day had all started,  the second to last day of my summer vacation when I was told I could not have oral surgery yet because it was much more serious than expected....

That all started,  most likely,  way back in 1970 or 1971 when I first had braces to make my teeth straight....

I fell asleep on my left cheek and when I woke up in the morning,  the left side of my face was completely dead.

My mouth drooped down like Uncle Buddy's who had something like "Bell's Palsy"  "from driving a truck with a cold breeze coming in on his face...:"

....and had a forever drooping face on one side.

I never actually thought about him this way before but he sure must have been the person to ask,   "Hey Buddy, why the long face?"...

    ...anyway...

None of the adults in charge really did anything about it...

I think Mom was menopausal by this time and stuff was going on that I didn't' know about and I had kind of blended into the woodwork and was living my own little life....

Anyway.... I knew deep down inside that I had suffered permanent nerve damage and that side of my face has always been "lazy"... It came back for the most part but there remains a scar  inside of my cheek from the wire and we did go have it adjusted later....

I should be in horrible pain but apparently,  my belief is,  that I do not feel pain in that specific tooth/cheek area.. I am not a nerve specialist so I don't know but there must be a reason I have not had pain in my root,  which was left,  unreachable after the root canal a few years back,  capped anyway... and left in a "guarded" condition... meanwhile,  the dentist who did the root canal,  who was not an Endodontist,  has left this practice.....

Anyway... according to the oral surgeon,  if this infection has not breached the floor of my sinus, he may very well do so in the process of removing the tooth.    If the floor of my sinus has been broken,  this would explain the terrible sinus infection I had at the beginning of summer,  a couple of  "barometer" headaches,  general malaise, weakness,  post nasal drip and even perhaps a bit of weight loss.

I have been to the physician who gave me a Zpak which seemed to reduce the infection a LOT and I attributed much of the lethargy to the antibiotics....

Anyhow... if the sinus floor is open, it has to be closed.

If infection has gone in,  it has to be cleaned out from the tooth side and then closed.  If it is broken in the removal of the tooth,  it has to be repaired and then nothing can be done for 6 months and at least 2 weeks healing time,  on heavy antibiotics, started no less than 48 hours before the procedure,  and no blowing my nose or sneezing or I risk ripping a permanent hole in the floor of my sinus... as I understand it at this point and this is really not good...

Anyway... my whole point about this whole thing is that I am out in Starbuck's at an ungodly hour because effing Verizon has gone down and I have no internet access at home.   I really need to switch ISPs and at this point I don't care who.

The cellphone company thinks I may be able to use my phone as a modem to connect through that but I have to go on the internet to Tmobile.com to find out how to do all that.

I am so totally fed up with Verizon that any company at any prices sounds good.   I just called AT$T and they don't have HIGH SPEED access in MY neighborhood yet so they are out....

If I figure out this cellphone,  WI- FI modem, blue-tooth, innernet thingy I may just cancel the damned Verizon altogether....

I my call Optimum online at 877 393  four  four  four  eiiiighttttt... how can anyone  forget that number,  that UNGODLY JINGLE for OPTIMUM TRIPLE PLAY???

I know that by heart so maybe I should just do that...

...This is another reason to fear television,  it burns shit into your brain permanently...

I hate dealing with this shit.... What I want to do is switch the quickest and easiest way possible without having to wait or take any more time off...

This strikes me as some type of message from the Gods that I really need to do something today like going on a Circle Line Full Island trip around Manhattan and taking photos which is what I am leaning toward.... Or renting a bicycle and riding through Central Park...

I am working tomorrow and it is Fashion Night Out in Manhattan and I may go to a Kenneth Cole thing or an Aldo thing or some other thing where you see someone to photograph,  get a great discount,  see a new product,  get a free gift with purchase or something.... Vacation and the weekend is not over...

I better stop now and make my day worth more than it started out to be....

    Later...

  • Angsty Pudding

I am going to pay a visit to the nice Oral Surgeon today.  It isn't a totally major thing.... some endodontist left part of a root up my canal and capped it anyhow... now it is infected and is eating away at another tooth and my jawbone and has to be cleared out. The tooth right next to it is a crap shoot at this point.

I hate this.  I don't know WHY I have such anxiety about the dentist....

I forgot if this guy uses Nitrous Oxide, which I will gladly pay extra for... I don't think he did have it and he isn't going to numb me up too much because the root is dead already...

What I hate is the LONG needle up into the HARD PALATE in the back of your mouth.... That first one.... I get tears in my eyes just thinking about it...

...and then the breaking and the pulling and the prying off of the firmly cemented in cap.   Oh God,  please don't let him break another tooth,  or part of my upper jaw bone off with it... Please please please...

Please don't make stitches and for my tongue to toy with for days and days and days until they finally break loose in my mouth...

While all this is happening I will be sitting on the second floor of a building that faces the southern end of Central Park... That is the only redeeming quality..  Last time I was here was pure hell as an actual tooth was being broken from my jawbone and I was looking at a snow covered lower end of Central Park toward the cold, cold North....

I am shaking,   literally... I so hate the anxiety of dealing with other people, not to mention the pain and agony caused by the pointed and sharp surgical instruments....

I'm sure to taste blood today,  get a gauze 4 x 4 and a pat on the back...  As I child I think they gave toys or something.... Oh how easy they made it all seem....

Needless to say,  this is totally ruining my day...  I have one more day after today that is totally BLANK,  aside from the weekend, and that is tomorrow.

Goodness knows what I shall do then...

I did two important things..  I found what I needed to connect my TV to my Computer,  double checked and it is a HDMI wire so I can watch computer shit on the television,  and in doing so,  I found that if I ever get Netflix or Blockbuster video,  I have to update the computer inside the television.

I probably won't subscribe to either of those services...

I wish I had a pill to take the edge off.  I had them before,   Inderal,  a blood pressure medication that can be used for anxiety... I am going to look for one.  I generally only use them when I fly or if I had to go on stage and do something big...

I'm going to pack something,  maybe the netbook and get the hell out of here and see this oral butcher and then the very next step at this point seems like Central Park but I may just come home and go to bed.... Sometimes this type of procedure and tension gives me a headache....

Oh God.... Here I go.....  I hate this,  I really do.  I wish I had taken better care of my teeth but I know people who are so much worse off and my teeth are actually wonderful for ignoring them as much as I have done....

There's no tooth like an old tooth.

A tooth saved is a tooth earned.

    Tooth, or consequences?
    .
I'm going to search frantically through my travel shit for a tiny tiny orange Inderal!.... Shit,  I should have called for some to have on hand....

  • Labor Day Relaxation!!! Ahhhhhh!

I'm trying to remember everything I did.   I gotta work my way backwards....  Bought new mattress in Macy's yesterday along with EVERY OTHER NEW YORKER WHO DID NOT LEAVE THE CITY... I swear,  the salesmen were sweating BULLETS because the computers were JAMMED because EVERYONE decided to buy their mattress at the LUNCH HOUR ON LABOR DAY MONDAY.

I kid you NOT.  I waited ONE HOUR just to purchase the mattress and box springs I had already picked out on a previous visit.   They had a really good sale.

I didn't feel good on Sunday and Monday.   I slept on Monday and did stuff in the apartment after having a nice lunch and getting the mattress.

On Sunday I spent the WHOLE DAY in CENTRAL PARK!  I decided in the morning that I HAD to FORCE MYSELF to really RELAX and get "AWAY"....  I had been doing a lot of stuff but a lot of running around and partying...

Sunday I packed a lunch,  bought stuff,  took camera,  junk mail,  pile of magazines, book, and hit the park.   I was there from before noon till finally leaving around 6 PM.    First I took the bus 'cross town to get to the East Side and top of the park and I parked myself under a nice shady tree by the Jackie Onassis Reservoir, at my lunch, looked at all my mail, read and figured out how to do a little bit more stuff with the Facebook and the Cell Phone.   I learned how to send by email,  photos to my Facebook but so far I don't see them so I don't think it didn't work.

Facebook is BEGGING ME to allow it to take over my CELL PHONE but I have not yet.   I do Windows Mobile and access the net by browser from my phone... I haven't yet gotten to the point where I need someone elses "Genius" to teach me how to dick with my electronical shit...

an aside, I really hate that about APPLE,  they have what they call a "Genius" bar where you go for HELP...

I'd actually rather be the Genius before I go doing that...

My name is ORLANDO and WINDOWS 7 WAS MY IDEA!

(hehehe to my mac fanatic buddys)

I went to the castle, where I saw a wedding party having the photo shoot.  I joined in and too my own set of photos that the bride will probably never see because I don't know her and the only identifying information on the pictures is the time, date and location.   If she is smart she will search for them because she posed for a couple for me as well.

I took a video of the Groom seeing her for the first time.  He was so cute.  He almost started crying.   Then,  I was leaving,  every time I headed for home something made me sit and relax again.  A jazz band,  then I had to have a gourmet chili dog and root beer at the Delacorte Theater area...

I started to leave again and was already on the East side and what do I stumble upon but another wedding,  this one actually taking place on the grass in little circle of trees... not very interesting and encircled by guests so I couldn't get any good shots.

They were not dressed traditionally anyway... some kind of Flower Child Wedding... and I lo and behold,  if a fully plaid clad Scott doesn't start playing a bagpipe for everyone to hear so I went and sat for that a while and filmed him.   Gave him a dollar.....

Came home and had a wonderful relaxing evening....  Today I had an annual eye exam and they are fine.   I am scheduled for a tiny bit of oral surgery tomorrow...

Where did the summer go?  I haven't done the Circle Line and I haven't rented bicycles in the park yet but I have done about everything else and will be editing photographs of summertime till the snow is falling...

Ok, here's the videos,   I feel so pressed for time... where did six weeks go?  Summer is gone.  I have to work on Friday and Monday starts the WORLD AGAIN.... WHAAAAA...

What did you do?  Are you back to NORMAL?   I GOT a few more DAYS!!!
    .
HEY I JUST REALIZED IF YOU LISTEN CAREFULLY DURING THE WEDDING VIDEO,  I CAUGHT THE CRY OF THE FAMOUS CENTRAL PARK RED TAILED HAWK FAMILY!!

You can hear it where I focus on the Belvedere Castle sign.
    .
    .
...and I haven't had time to pick up a book and the one which took FOREVER to get here,  cheap from Ebay,  Forever, by Pete Hamill... It is about a man who arrives in Manhattan in 1740 and is granted immortality on the condition that he NEVER leave the island of Manhattan ( just my PERFECT type of novel ).    The unfolding of New York history to the present is told through his eyes...

  • Abraham Lincoln's Big Gay Dance Party

I went to see this last night and it was very good.  Not at all what I expected and very pointed about what is happening in the world today.

It all about how we all disagree on the very meaning of our country.I expect it to go mainstream after tweaking.  It was part of "Fringe Festival" last year,   now it is "Off-Broadway"...

I think it will go to Broadway but it needs to be better choreographed, costumed and all that...  It was actually hilarious, I rarely laugh out loud and I did several times.

The point of the play is actually NOT about whether or not ABE actually WAS Gay,  Abe is a metaphor for "Liberty and Freedom" and those concepts we all DISAGREE ON for VARIOUS REASONS, that are really individual. ...
    .
..Here is a  Big Apple review and another video I can't embed :

Time Out Theater Review: "Abraham Lincoln's Big

My question to XANGA MEMBERS IS :

    Is this "Political Agenda"?

  • Someone is Blowing Up The Oil Rigs ON PURPOSE!

It can't be coincidence, right?  I imagine,  to begin with that the security and safety measures on these things is of the highest quality and after the first disaster,  you would think that the security and safety measures have been heightened further still.   I already read that the first explosion was possibly caused intentionally

I just saw the headline on Yahoo.

Is this BP again?  it is near there in the Gulf of Mexico.  This is environmental terrorism,  or economic terrorism..

All I can say is that how horrible to destroy the OCEAN,  but it isn't the ocean that has to worry , because eventually the ocean will clean itself....

We all need to demand alternate means of energy that is cost effective, logical and that no one can make a corporate empire out of such as harnessing the power of the sun or the wind...

Humans are idiots for having gotten ourselves dependent on the burning of fuel instead of using what there already is and  listening to CORPORATE DEMONS LIKE  Henry Ford, and Thomas Edison,   who were both very EVIL men,

Someone should have paid attention to Nikola Tesla a poor immigrant with an idea for universal free electronic energy that was squelched and overridden by, and stolen from by the American Corporate Mentality.

But, NO,  as Americans,  all we know is that George Washington was an HONEST man, so HONEST IN FACT that he ACTUALLY CHOPPED DOWN A CHERRY TREE AND CONFESSED TO HIS FATHER.

We know that YES, Virginia,  the martians have landed and MARS NEEDS WOMEN...

I am MAD at the WEATHER and that PEOPLE ARE DUMB.  I WASTED HALF MY DAY IN BED.

NOW,  I listened to another healing meditation CD and slept until TWO after a nice cool shower and I am forcing myself to spend the rest of the afternoon having lunch and going to a museum...

I got   on the innernets to see what's going on where,  King Tut,   Met,  MOMA,  Whitney , Jewish Museum,  Museum of SEX, Guggenheim, El Muso el Barrio,  Museum of the City of New York,  Museum of Natural history,  Sony Wonder....

or just hop on a bus down 5th avenue with the camera and go in the park if it isn't too hot or go in some big store and look at stuff.

I need two new mouses,  one for the desktop and one for the netbook .  The desktop one has gone crazy and I don't have one for the net book and hate the little finger pad...

I just got on here, as I said, to look at what is playing as far as movies and see how much it cost to rent a bicycle and go out and do something, but eating lunch first because my God, it's THURSDAY and half over and tomorrow is going to RAIN like hell but someone just invited me to A PLAY   YEA!  Tomorrow night...

    Woo hoo...

...as I said,  I got on here to see what's what and I saw another oil rig exploded in the gulf and just said to myself, "hey man,  something's fishy about that,  someone did that on purpose and i am not sure if it is GOOD,  or BAD."

Shame on me but I don't want to even think about it and now I'm going to go enjoy another crumb of Manhattan!

What do YOU think about the OIL RIGS EXPLODING NOW?

... and have you heard the CONSPIRACY that it was EVEN JUST A HYPED AND MAN-CAUSED NATURAL OCCURRENCE TO FURTHER DESTROY THE GULF AREA FOR REBUILDING FOR HEAVY CORPORATE PROFIT IN THIS 30 YEAR PLAN OF "GENTRIFICATION" AFTER GETTING RID OF ALL THE "PO' AND WELFARE AND ELDERLY PEOPLE DRAINING SOCIAL SECURITY AND THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE A " GOLD COAST"  OUT OF IT and build condos and casinos  AND REAP A TON OF MONEY IN 15 OR 20 YEARS?

DON'T GO THERE IT WILL MAKE YOU INSANE,   AND YOU WON'T KNOW IT!

  • Barometer Head

It sounds like an old wives' tale,  but it is really true.   I am a human barometer.   I am stopping by to blog this on the way from the bed to the bathroom and back,  thinking I was going to vomit.  I just had some cottage cheese to soften my second dose of aspirin.   I was up at 6 and realized I couldn't stay up.

I took a big shit and thought that would make me feel better.    It did a bit but really the migraine headache,  or at least that is what I call it,  although I am not sure if it is technically one or not,  I know for a fact that I am affected by weather and I get awful headaches when a storm is approaching.

It is a perfect day and I was all set to go rent a bicycle in Central Park but I cannot shake this headache.

I went back to bed several times already.  I slept from 10 to noon after listening to an Andrew Weil tape and slipping into a blissful slumber...

Now I am hungry which is a good sign.  I just had something light and am going to take a nice shower and lay back down....

I am a human barometer.... I need to research this to see how really true it is.... I have known it all my life but I actually have never looked at evidence to see what it is about storms that make people have headaches  so I don't even know if it is true or not...

It just seems to be my history, when ever there is a big storm coming,  I often get a bad headache before....

  • Delicious Birthday Steak Dinner!

I was treated to a WONDERFUL STEAK DINNER at The Old Homestead in Manhattan,  New York's Oldest Steakhouse,  since 1868!  It is in the "meatpacking" district of Chelsea,  which has gone from,  in the 19 or so years I've lived here,  a haven for transsexual teenage prostitutes, runaways,  sex clubs,  trendy nightspots and meat processing plants to a Haute Couture Gold Coast of Manhattan...

What always happens is that POOR people have ghetto neighborhoods and POOR GAY PEOPLE move in and fix them all up and make them fashionable and then the UBER RICH  INTERNATIONAL CLUB JET SETTERS and Haute Couture people,  and every WANNABE and HANGER ON from all four corners of globe come,  buy property and turn it into a luxury paradise TRENDY MECCA....

There IS NO ECONOMIC PROBLEM IN MANHATTAN.  I swear.

Anyhow,  I had a WONDERFUL waiter who gave me very blunt directions when I asked about my steak.

Several waiters were young foreign boys in training.  Waiters at these types of restaurant make lifetime careers out of being a waiter at one restaurant.   Our waiter had obviously made his whole career working in this restaurant.

Someone had suggested the Rib Eye  ( I wanted a great steak and potatoes old fashioned meal!!) but this is how the waiter described it...

I asked about Well Done,   the waiter: oldish, bald, fat, real 'New Yorkah' with a heavy B'klyn accent...

"No steak is any good well done .   At the most medium well.   You come here,  you ask about shoe leatha?"

"....well, someone suggested the Rib Eye"

"No Rib Eye for you.  You're asking about well done and you're talking Rib Eye?  You're not gonna be happy with a rib eye.   You're talking about well,  you're need a sirloin,  that's the only steak for well, and medium well.. You want a sirloin, no more than medium well.  No steak should ever be more than medium well."

    They had the Au Poivre,

"is that "pepper encrusted"  I asked, in my limited high fashion steak vocabulary..

"Yea, it's got a burgundy mushroom and white peppah gravy,  you gonna like spicy?  It's really spicy?"

"...is it like red pepper spicy?"

"Nah, the white peppah is a little more spicy than the black... it's spicy but if you like black peppah....."

...  The person who took me to dinner does not like steak so they had the yellow fin tuna,  and they were not allowed to order their tuna well done...

"Tuna isn't cooked 'well done'  tuna is eaten rare... you want it medium?  ( total look of disgust on his face ) you don't do tuna well done.  Nobody does tuna well done...

...you come here for a good meal, right?  You want it right the first time,  you don't want to send anything back to the kitchen.... listen to me,  you'll have a perfect meal"...

We started with the Fried Calamari.   Nothing to drink here.  Wine and beer do not mix in me well and I did not want to spoil my evening and was already only slightly toasty,  not enough to ruin the food.

And he was right about "perfect meal" .    The Sirloin Au Poiv...whatever it was,  a FOOTBALL sized baked potato,  I have NEVER SEEN SUCH A BIG POTATO... I did not want to embarrass myself or I would have taken photographs of these potatoes...

These potatoes had a clump of TRUFFLE BUTTER in them which is SO GOOD!  I've had Truffle Pizza....  OH MY GOD I LOVE TRUFFLES...

I am not sure I have eaten a whole truffle  but I have tasted it's essence in oils, toppings, and chopped into tiny pieces...Once you taste it you instantly see why it is so expense and people go through what trouble they do to get them...

Then I had a Homestead Chopped Salad with a bunch of stuff in it and chunks of blue cheese that were so rich and thick and sickeningly delicious.

In spite of actually stuffing myself to the point of over eating, I practically licked the plate and chewed the fat until it liquefied in my mouth...

Sweat poured out of my head and down my neck and face like water.... the black and white pepper was so spicy but my GOD it was good...

In spite of the perverse idea of hand massaging an animal all of its life only to kill it for tender meat,  as in KOBE BEEF...

.... I want that $41 KOBE BEEF BURGER and I'm going back for one one of these days.

I love The Old Homestead,  the food was PERFECT,  I never learned so much about MEAT and  the waiter, (make sure to get an old one) knew exactly what he was talking about.

I don't like PINK beef,  and this was a TINY TINY bit pinker that I WOULD HAVE COOKED IT,  but it was SO SO DELICIOUS!!!

    YUM  STEAK!!!!

Then,  before the dinner we wandered around the shops and I saw a $4000 Alexander McQueen Men's jacket I really want but will not have of course....

I fondled a TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLAR ALEXANDER  MCQUEEN WOMAN'S JACKET.

I rubbed my greasy fingers all over the real fur, whatever it was.... I'm surprised they let me touch it...

Anyhow....   today,  although I'm still at leisure somewhat,  I gotta get my feet back on the ground and get centered and organized again and get back to normal...

I was looking forward to today to get back to reality.... I have a GIANT GREEN ICE CREAM CAKE in the freezer... I took a pic...

I have tons of pics to edit and submit to websites... wax figures and animal pix.....

I want to do a Circle Line Cruise around Manhattan and do those pix.  I will see The Tingler ( with PERCEPTO!) at The Film Forum) later in the week.

( I missed EMERGO the skeleton from HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL LAST NIGHT as I was doing the high line and the HAUTE LINE so to speak...)

I wanna see The Last Exorcism... because as cheesy at it seems it is very unique and got good reviews.  The actress uses no special effects or make up.  She is skilled at contorting herself into strange and nearly unbelievable positions but there are no cinematic tricks for her scenes.

Want to go bike riding in the park and around the city a time or two and I wanna see the King Tut exhibit...

Then I have some business stuff too.... the dentist,  I have to call tomorrow about two biopsys ....

I have a full eye exam next week....   then mid September back to work full steam ahead with a full hopper of fuel.

I forgot about trying to unload a TON of vintage holiday shit on Ebay... I hope I can get around to that but I'm so lazy....

What are you doing this wonderful end of summer in?

    My GOD, YES!

Sad. Sad...  now HE'S dead,  and its just that skull and that name....

... isn't that sad he's dead but yes,  COOL and did you know that thing is all over the WORLD now, ...  Sorry to break it to ya honey, but you can get one for like 25 bux right now on Ebay anytime.

What's that?   No, they aren't fakes, they've spread out into the world now.

What's that you say?   I know,   the masses have spoken.
